In February 2022, Russia launched a brutal and unprovoked war in Ukraine. In a matter of days, millions of innocent civilians were forced to flee their homes and become refugees. In response, the Association of Ukrainian Graphic Designers, 4th Block, invited the worldwide design community to stand with Ukraine through a poster campaign. 

Parisa Tashakori was among the invitees and quickly joined this human rights and anti-war movement through a poster design. Since 2022, her poster has been exhibited in US cities such as Springfield, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Boston, and Los Angeles, as well as in other countries like Poland, Austria, and Georgia.
